Rectangle and Diagonal Triangle Area Problem

Given a rectangle, construct a midpoint and the trisection points of the opposite sides, and construct the triangle bounded by the lines shown with the rectangle's diagonal.
Prove that the triangle constructed in this fashion has area equal to 3/70 of the rectangle.
