Using the diagram below, explore the relationship between the orthocenter, circumcenter and centroid of a triangle.
  • The ORTHOCENTER is the point at which the ALTITUDES of a triangle meet.
  • The CIRCUMCENTER is where the perpendicular bisectors of the sides of a triangle meet.
  • The CENTROID is where the medians of a triangle meet.
  • The INCENTER is where the angle bisectors of a triangle meet.
