Curvatures of y=x^2 and y=x^4 at a point
Author:

Curvatures of y=x^2 and y=x^4 at a point. Notice that at x=0 for y=x^4 the radius of the circle (with the same curvature as the curve at the point) becomes infinite. This is not the case for y=x^2.
