Circumscribe a Circle Around a Triangle
Using the tools provided
1-plot three points
2-connect the points with segments
3-trace the triangle with the polygon tool
4-perpendicular bisect all three sides
5-label the circumcenter
6-construct a circle with the circumcenter to any angle as the radius
