Setting Conditions : Greater Than or Equal To

The boy is standing beside a sign board, next to an amusement park ride.
Can he be allowed to go on the ride?
He has to be at least 1.4 m in height, or taller!
Let's use the letter h to represent his height in metres,
Then h is to be greater than or equal to 1.4

Notice h is on the left side (greater) and 1.4 is on the right side.
Note h is allowed to be equal to 1.4
Here's a closer look at the symbol for "greater than or equal to"
