The only selectable object is the point. The point is fixed to a 1/6 grid. The graph is "framed" in a square with inverse filling. In the book, the slope field is really a vector field. These segments are tiny vectors. Is this a big deal? NEVER MIND! FIGURE 9.3 SAID THAT THESE ARE SEGMENTS
