Triangle Construction 3 - Given 2 sides & height

Construct a triangle ABC such that |XY| = |AC| and |WZ| = hc. In oher words, you need to construct ΔABC (on the given segment AB) such that AC ≅ XY and the height falling on AB is congruent to WZ. Note: Segments XY and WZ should stay where they are. Do not move them.

Manipulate segments AB, WZ and XY to discuss the construction:

  1. Can the problem have 0, 1, 2, 3 or more solutions? When?
  2. What is the minimum number of solutions? When does it happen?
  3. What is the maximum number of solutions? When does it happen?
