Scaling by Projection
This is a diagram of how a projector works.
A light source is at O; it sends out light rays.
A small original image is projected by the rays onto a screen farther away. The light rays spread out and make the image bigger.
Move points C, D, E, F to change the shape, size, and position of the original quadrilateral.
Move the point A to change the distance of the screen from the light source and original image.
