This GeoGebra file follows the worked example of the 2 lessons at the start of the topic 'Linear relationships'. A brief description of that example follows: A petrol tank initially has 10 litres (which would vary on the next occasion that the tank is refilled). The tank is refilled at a rate of m litres/second. Use the linear relationship formulae y = mx + b to find how long it would take to fill the tank up.
