5.6. Inequalities in One triangle
Create a sketch and answer the questions below:
1. Construct triangle ABC. Show all labels.
2. Measure each side. List them in increasing order.
3. Measure each angle. List them in increasing order.
4. Look fo relationships between the side lengths and the angle measures. For example, the longest side and the biggest angle? The shortest side and the smallest angle?
5. Look at the side measurements, is it possible for the sum of two sides to be equal to the third side?
6. Look at the side measurements, is it possible for the sum of two sides to be less than the third side?
