Finally feel like I get these proportions... this site is so specific. Lots of 13ths, an the union rectangle is as long as, fabulously, .76 of the height of the flag. It is, of course, 7/13 as tall. Oddly, the flag’s fly to hoist ratio is 1.9. Flag details.
