Smart Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock
Click on the RESET button to start the game.
Click on one of the Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, or Spock circular icons in the left to make your play. The computer makes a choice based on your play history. Since each icon beats two other icons, the computer plays the icon that is most likely to beat the play you have made most often AND most likely to win against the other icon, too.
In the spreadsheet below, enter a hypothetical play history in column A. Row 9 will compute the computer play probabilities used in the game.
As you can see in the spreadsheet below, Rock was played 50 times, so Paper or Spock could both be played to beat Rock. I decided on 25 times each (half the Rock total). Spock also beats Scissors (played 40 times) whereas Paper beats Spock (played only 20 times), so Spock should be played over Paper.
