The original figure has been reflected over the line shown.
1. What happens to the image when you move the line to the right? To the left?
2. What happens to the image when you rotate the line (you can do this by moving one of the points on the line)?
3. Can you find a place to put the line so that the image overlaps the original figure? So that the image just touches the original figure? If so, do it. If not, explain why not.
4. Can you find a place to put the line so that the image lies exactly on top of the original figure in the same orientation? Why or why not?
