Polar Coordinates of a Point

Author:
Sanjay Gulati
Topic:
Coordinates
In Polar Coordinates, a point A is identified by it’s distance from the origin, r (think of this as some radius), and it’s angle θ, measured counterclockwise from the positive axis. Then (r, θ) is the location of the point A, in the plane, using polar coordinates.
