Copy an Angle (congruent angles)

Step 1: Draw an angle with two rays and name it BAC Step 2: On ray BA put a point and name it H Step 3: Using your compass tool, draw a circle with the center of it on point B and that goes through point F ( don't change your compass) Step 4: Now draw a ray and name it NM Step 5: Using your compass that hasn't changed, draw a circle with N being the center point of it. Step 6: When the circle and the ray meet, call that point P Step 7: Now on angle BAC, where the circle meets ray AC, put a point there and call it point I Step 8: Now draw a circle with point H being the center of the circle, and have it go through point I ( don't change your compass) Step 9: Use your compass and place it so you can make a circle using point P as the center Step 10: Where the circle of point P and the circle of point N meet, name that point Q Step 11: Draw a ray from point N through point Q Now you have two identical angles
