This application was prepared to review and examine how the graphs of a well-known function changes depending modify some constants (a,b,c, and d) in an equation.
y = a f(b x - c) + d, for example:
Let's assume, you know the graph of y = ln(x),
How can you construct the graph of
==> y = 2ln(x)
==> y = ln(2x)
==> y = 2 + ln(x)
==> y = ln(x + 2)
After a deep exploration, please try to state a generalization for each step you examine in each equation.
