Angle and dot product (not at origin)

First, move the blue point which touches both red vectors. Then, move the two blue points, which will change the two red vectors "u" and "v". GeoGebra will compute an updated dot product for you. What happens to the angle when the dot product is very close to (or exactly) zero?
