Area to Order

Ed Southall (@SolveMyMaths) was asking about fixed area in GeoGebra and that got me monkeying around. It seems like there are lots of interesting questions.
Given an area and a side length, how would you make these shapes? What other choices are you allowed to make? When is it possible?
Not to mention comparing and contrasting two shapes of equal area! How would you dissect one to make the other?
