Standard form description and formula
standard form is a way to write linear equations and is written as AX+By=C. Its a written way to make a line on a graph. To graph with the equations is find the X and Y intercepts. To find the y-intercept take all the x's in the equation and replace them with Zero then solve the equation. Then do the same thing for the x-intercept but make the Y,s zeros. Then mark the points with the number you get and its opposite coordinate as zero. So if you had your Y-intercept as -2 your point will be ( 0,-2).
