Chessboard Puzzle

Author:
mossback90
Here is a chessboard with two squares missing. Can it be completely covered by the orange and green rectangles? If yes, show me! If no, why not? The rectangles each have two blue dots. One rotates (turns) the rectangle, the other translates (slides) it. Good luck!
