Step 1 - Draw Lines Passing through Center and Vertices

Step 2 - Measure Length between one Vertex and Center

Step 3 - Multiply Length by Scale Factor. Make Segment with Given Length along Same Line as the one you Measured

Step 4 - Draw Lines Passing through E that are parallel to AB and AC

Step 5 - Place Point at Each Intersection (Corresponding with parallel line) and complete Polygon

Use Steps above to Dilate Triangle ABC from Point D by a scale Factor of 2
