This is an example of a simple linear function. As you move the slider for m and c, the line you see on the graph will be change. For example, if you move the slider m to 2 and the slider c to 3, then the function rule "y = 2x +3". The "2" being multiplied by 'x' represents the slope or rate of change; how steep or flat the line is on the graph. The "3" represents the y-intercept; the point on the line, where the line crosses the y-axis. Elaborate more!
