Make a parallelogram with the same area as the given triangle but with the given angle as two of the angles of the parallelogram AND the given line segment (GH) as one two of the sides of the parallelgram. To use the angle copy tool, click on the three points of the angle to be copied (with the vertex in the middle) and then a point on the line where the angle will be copied to and then on the vertex of where the angle will be copied to. To copy a segment, click on the two endpoints of the segment, then on a point on the opposite side of where you want the segment to be copied and then on the endpoint of the place you want to copy the segment.
