Follow these steps for bisecting a segment using a bisector tool: 1) Use the SEGMENT TOOL to create Segment AB. Follow these steps for bisecting a segment using a a compass & straightedge 1) Use the SEGMENT TOOL to create Segment AB Select the SEGMENT TOOL, click anywhere to mark A, then anywhere to mark B 2) Use the POINT TOOL to at point C on AB closer to B than A. Select the POINT TOOL, carefully click segment AB closer to B to mark C 3) Using the COMPASS TOOL, create a circle with radius AC and center point A Select the COMPASS TOOL, then click on A, then click on C, then click on A 4) Using the COMPASS TOOL, create a circle with radius AC and center point B Click on A, then click on C, then click on B 5) Use the POINT TOOL to label the two points where circles A and B intersection as D and E Select the POINT TOOL and carefully click where the circles intersect to mark D and E, they should be a little black point, not a purple one. (If you can see the two intersections drag C using the MOVE TOOL until you can) 6) Use the LINE TOOL to connect D through E Select the LINE TOOL, click on D, then click on E
