Archimedes Angle Trisection Method

Author:
Moira Chas, Gary Rubinstein
Archimedes Method For Angle Trisection
Move point F around until angle BFD is 1/3 of angle BCD (h will be 3 in that case). What do you notice about the length of segment FC when this happens? Prove that if FG is congruent to CD then angle BCD will be three times angle BFD. You will need to check the checkbox and show segment GC to do this.
