# Rotational Symmetry of Quadrilaterals

**Rotational Symmetry**occurs when a shape can be rotated to land back on top of itself. Knowing whether or not quadrilaterals have rotational symmetry in important when reasoning about their attributes.

**Rotations are Defined by a center and an angle.**The center of rotation is identified already in each quadrilateral. Use the slider (Green Point) to rotate the quadrilateral and find the angle of rotational symmetry.
