BOOMERANG !

Author:
Judah L Schwartz
A polygon is rotated {or translated or dilated} continuously and without deformation from an initial configuration to a final one. Can the intermediate configurations of the polygon be said to lie "between" the initial and final configurations? Does this conjecture apply to reflections as well? Why or why not? What questions could/would you ask your students based on this applet?
