1. Create line AC. 2. Create a circle with a center at A that goes through C. 3. Create point D at the intersection of the circle and line AB. 4. Create a circle with a center at C that goes through A. 5. Create a circle with a center at D that goes through A. 6. At the upper right corner, the circle with center at D through A intersects the circle with center at C through A intersect. Create point E at that intersection. 7. Draw line CE. Line CE is parallel to line AB.
