Copying an Angle

Question 1

Copy Angle ABC onto Line EG using the following steps: 1. Label the vertex of the original angle as B (completed). 2. Draw Ray EG as one side of the new angle to be drawn (completed). 3. Draw circle B with Center B and any radius. 4. Label the intersections of Circle B with the sides of the angle as D and F. 5. Draw Circle E with Center E and Radius BD (use compass tool). 6. Label the intersection of Circle E with Ray EG as H. 7. Draw Circle H with Center H and Radius DF (use compass tool). 8. Label either intersection of Circle E and Circle H as I. 9. Draw Ray EI.

HINT: Use the "Compass" tool
