Vector Form of a Line in R3

Topic:
Algebra
A line in space can be written as the sum of a fixed vector and a scaled slope vector where the scalar is the (single) variable.
Think of the yellow vector as a flashlight whose beam is illuminating the line in space. As you increase the variable t, the black slope vector is stretched to meet the end of the yellow beam of light. The blue point vector representing the fixed point never changes.
