Circular slide and parabolic motion

v1.0

An object slides without friction along a circular path of radius R between points A and B. From B it continues with parabolic motion until it reaches height 0 at C. What is the angle α of point B so that point C is at a distance R from (0,0) (point P)? The solution does not depend on R or on the acceleration of gravity g.
