1) If you connect the points below, do they form an equilateral triangle? How can you prove it? If it is not an equilateral triangle, add another point D in a place that would make an equilateral triangle.
2) If figure ABCD was reflected across segment EF onto figure GHIJ, then rotated about point S by 90 degrees onto figure KLMN, then translated along vector NR onto figure OPQR. Find the missing line of reflection, center S, and draw vector NR.
3) Given figure ABCD below, perform the following transformations: Start by reflecting ABCD over segment EF onto figure A'B'C'D'. Then rotate A'B'C'D' 30 degrees clockwise about point G onto figure A''B''C''D''. Finally, translate figure A''B''C''D''

4) Make your own test problem

Draw a polygon and apply at least one of each type of rigid transformation (rotation, reflection, translation) in any order. Be sure to write your instructions clearly and include labels for your polygon after each step. Start by drawing your figure, then apply any transformations you want. After you are done, make sure to take a screen shot of your final answer, then hide all of the polygons except for the original one. Be sure to leave any lines of reflection, centers of rotation, and vectors for translations, then take another screenshot to be the "before" picture. When you submit your problem, be sure to write your instructions on the Google doc and include a picture of the answer to your problem. If your problem is chosen for the test, you will not need to do that problem to get credit.
