You can move triangle ABC and see how triangle A'B'C' changes. They are just different sizes, but they have the same angles, which is the picture for question 1. For the second question, move G to I and that will give you another triangle that keeps <H the same, HE the same, and EG the same. After you move G to I, the new triangle you get is the triangle that you need to draw for question 2. Then you have to answer the questions based on your pictures.
