Random Transformation

Author:
Mr.Brownridge
I suggest writing all the coordinates first. Then determine the ordered pair rule by finding a pattern between transformed points. Below the dotted line check the box that matches the type of transformation. Then fill in the appropriate answer. Also the format for a translation is (x+k,y+h). Do not use spaces. You must type 0 if h=0 or k=0.
