Phone plan D: Phone costs $40 and the charge is $1 per minute
Phone plan E: Phone costs $50 and the charge is $0.50 per minute
Phone plan F: Phone is free and the charge is $3 per minute
Phone plan G: Phone costs $15 and the charge is $4 per minute
Phone plan H: Phone costs $25 and the charge is $4 per minute
