This applet will locate a complex point for you.
Enter the complex coordinates, and the point will appear in an iplane attached to the appropriate point. (Only a small central part of the iplane will be shown in pink.)
Note an "iplane at the point (a,b)" is a plane outside the normal real plane, which contains all points of the form (a+ci,b+di) and is attached to the real plane at the point (a,b).
