Construct a circle through three points. Connect the points to construct a triangle. Draw a perpendicular bisector at the base of the triangle. Do the same for the other two legs. Place a point on their intersection. Move the triangle by dragging the vertices. Observe the behavior of the intersection point in relation to the circle. In the comment section, describe the relationship.
