The Maps Problem and the Fixed Point Theorem

English Putting up two overlapped brazilian maps with different scales, so that the smaller is entirely contained on the bigger (in any position), could we find somewhere that coincide with itself in both maps? The main goal of this work is to promote a proposal that can be applied at different levels and allowing the approach since of homothety`s concepts to the matrix equations resolutions or the Fixed Point Theorem and that values the student participation and effective comprehension of the content involved. Beyond that, although all procedures performed here could be made by free hand, the idea is to try show to the user as dynamic geometry may favor in this sense, since it clear, for example, the movements in the plan associated with their respective algebraic transformation.
English Note that nothing is said about the relative positions between the maps, besides the condition of the small one is entirely contained on the big one, that means, the orange map could be rotated relative to the first. Another important fact to note is the order in which the elements of the problem are presented: First adjust the maps according to the given conditions and then analyses whether such a point exists. In recent experiments with teachers and pre-service teachers, when asked, many reversed hypothesis and thesis, as set a common point to maps, then adjust both in positions that preserve the choice made. In this case, they used to support two princes maps with different scales and a pin.
