3.2 Triangles: Medians & Altitude
Draw any scalene triangle.
Use the Median Tool and the Altitude Tool to construct a median and altitude respectively.
Use the Median Tool to find the medians of the Triangle. Measure the lengths of segments and look for relationships between the different parts of the triangle. Write a conjecture in the form of an equation to describe what median is.
Use the Altitude Tool to find the altitudes of the Triangle. Measure the angles and look for relationships between the different parts of the triangle. Write a conjecture in the form of an equation to describe what Altitude is.
