Washer Demo

Consider a vertically simple region bounded by two curves and with x-axis outside the region and not forming boundary of the region. When an infinitesimal vertical strip of this region is revolved about x-axis, washer is formed. Washer method is useful in finding volumes of solids of revolution thus generated. This GeoGebra applet provides a demo of a washer. For more on finding volumes of solids of revolutions check my online book "Flipped Classroom Calculus of Single Variable" https://versal.com/learn/vh45au/
