S5 Chapter 8: Locus

A locus is a collection of points which satisfy one or more given conditions. The locus of a moving point may be a line or a curve. They are formed by joining an infinite number of points. In describing the locus of a moving point under certain conditions, we should state the shape, the size and the position of the locus.
